Winery:
The Crapula wines project was born in 2008, to produce and sell excellent, chiefly jumilla wines, certain of their quality and commercial potential. Selected old vines of Monastrell, with an average of 50 years, large-sized, and naturally self-regulating. Trying to minimize intervention in the field and although not an organic wine can describe it as a natural wine that enhances the ¨terruño¨ at its best.
Wine Making:
Maceration and fermentation for 12 days in 28℃ temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.Aging in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.Clarified with egg albumen. Bottled without filtration.
Tasting:

Nose: Cocoa, vanilla tiramisu and high-roast characters, accompanied by fruits such as raspberries and blueberries.
Palate: The palate is creamy and juicy, soft tannins. Great acidity that adds vibrancy and longevity. Concentrated with a lactic finish.
